To Order:
Please email your order to ohmymuffins@hotmail.com with bag series (XIAN / YANGTZE / YEN) and model number.
Order system is based on first come, first serve basis.

Payment:
You may make your payment through Internet Banking, ATM Transfer or Paypal.
Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time you have received an email regarding payment details; an invoice will be send to you.
If there is no payment after 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delivery:
Free delivery islandwide; delivery will be made between 2.00pm to 8.00pm.
Please indicate venue of collection and preferred time in your order.
Cash on delivery is available as well, please check with us first.

Returns Policy:
There is no exchange or refund for all Osten Bags.
All Osten bags are partly made of reused poster elements, hence material or colour fading is possible.
The 2 years limited warranty stated on your Osten bag is not applicable in Singapore.

Prices are in Singapore dollar and free delivery in Singapore only.
